Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Email hello@bbandlittleedesigns.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address privately.

Please return the item in its original condition with all included parts, packed securely. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for any loss in value caused by use or damage. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund and arrange any necessary return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Custom work and cancellations

Custom design requests are quoted before purchase. We will confirm the specifications, price, production time, and any special terms in writing before you order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly so we can check whether production or shipping has begun.
